The Fidelity 401(k) Savings Plan provides you with a wide array of investment options to help you save for a secure retirement using pre-tax money or after tax-money with Roth Contributions.<\/p>\n
You can save up to 100% of your pay on a pre-tax basis up to the IRS annual allowable maximum amount. If you are over the age of 50 or will reach 50 during the plan year, you can contribute an additional amount to your 401(k) account under the plans’ catch-up provision. Alternatively, you can choose to contribute after taxes with a Roth IRA contributions which will allow you to withdraw money tax free in the future at retirement.<\/p>\n
