Enrollment Instructions
Before You Get Started
Make sure to take a look through this benefits website and your benefits brochure so that you fully understand all of the options available to you as an employee of Veros. Once you have reviewed all of this information, follow the steps below to enroll using our online enrollment system.
Step 1: Log on to Our Online Enrollment System
Available Resources
If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, please click on the Forgot Password link on the enrollment website to reset it.
Once you log into ADP you will see a Window Pop up for the Open Enrollment:
Simply click on “Enroll now” to access the Next Screen:
Start Your Enrollment
Under the Open Enrollment Tile, click on the “Start Enrollment”
You are required to Elect or Waive coverage under the “Action Required” Tile.
- Medical
- Dental
- Vision
- Health Flexible Spending Account
- Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
To view plan options for the Medical, Dental and or Vision, select “View Available Plans”
- To Decline coverage, select “Waive Benefit”
Review Plans
Review Each Plan and Click on Preview and Enroll button to make your election. If you would like to search for an in-Network Provider, access Anthem.com provider search. When searching for your provider, please use the below network name under “Search a Plan”
Enrolled Plans
Next you will want to review the “Enrolled Plan” Tile
- These plans are the current enrolled plans with Mutual of Omaha
- To make any changes to your current election, access the “View Available Plans”
- Confirm all of the plan information is accurate before proceeding to the next step.
Please note, depending on your prior year election the option shown in box may be different
Under the “Eligible Benefits” Section:
- These plans are those currently not enrolled in. You can enroll into these benefits, by accessing the “View Available Plans” button. Enrollment/Declination is not required on these plans.
Submit Enrollment
Once you have completed your elections, you will access the button at the bottom of the screen “Submit Enrollment”
Confirm your enrollment by selecting “YES”
Once you have submitted your election, you will want to view your benefits by selecting the tile below:
You will need to update the Date to show the new 9/1/25 effective date:
And then Download the Confirmation statement for your files. Should you need any assistance or help, please contact the Benefit services center for additional assistance.
